Lots of good ideas on living in a more sustainable way. One interesting thread is the idea that products should have an “ecological nutrition” label on them that inform consumers of the pedigree of products and services before they make purchase decisions. I think there is a burgeoning trend towards this approach that you can already see with Fairtrade coffee or organic produce at the grocer’s.
